Let your Light Shine

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,

talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be...

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other

people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to manifest the glory of that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,

we unconsciously give other people

permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

Our presence automatically liberates others.

Does this resonate with you?  Have you ever asked yourself who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous and fabulous?

Well guess what?  Me too. It is in our DNA to want to fit in.  To blend in with everyone else. But when we decide to let the glory inside us shine, we will inevitably stand out.  So that little girl or boy inside you, who just wants to fit in and be like everyone else, will shrink to match the energy or success level around you.

Here’s what I want you to know…

It’s not about you.  It’s about liberating others.

Anytime I start feeling the doubt or imposter syndrome creeping in, I remember my why.  I am doing this work for others to experience freedom. I am committed to helping people find the spark that will ignite the fire inside them so they can fully offer all they have to give to this world.

I believe learning to be a leader of our own life, will create a better world for everyone.  Everyone has the capacity. It starts with a belief that you can and the first step is taking personal responsibility for everything in your world.  Past and present.

When you choose to live a life of responsibility and leadership, you inspire others to see what’s possible for own their own life. We all experience failure, trauma, pain and setbacks. Leaders approach these things with a desire to learn and grow. They accept it for what it is and learn to lean in to the lesson that is there for them. They know that it’s not what happens to them but how they perceive it that will create the future.

We are meaning making machines. We give meaning to everything that happens. It’s part of the human experience. Leaders know that they are in control of the meaning they give to the things happening in their lives. Which means at any given time, they have the power to improve their situation simply by improving the meaning they give it. This allows them to reframe their thoughts. This ability is what keeps them moving forward. It’s also what inspires others going through something similar to rethink their mindset.

Leaders inspire others to think differently.

Here to serve,
